My name is Danica (she/her), and I am passionate about helping children, teens, adults and couples navigate the complexities of life. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, navigating relationship struggles, managing workplace stress, or searching for direction, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to empower you to tap into your inner strengths, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, which means I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. By integrating techniques from strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), I provide practical tools and insights that foster resilience, growth, and meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self without fear of judgment. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
